While I am in need

"While I am in need of a C'Pap machine and the mask type that I use best suits me, I have found that the head strap needs to be replaced after about 18 months of use as the velcro on the head strap deteriorates and a new strap is required. I was quite disappointed when I purchased the new strap to find it so expensive. Surely the cost of manufacture of the strap is not so expensive that it needs a cost of $65 to the purchaser. I will be looking at other avenues to purchase new straps in the future."

Victor O. (2/5)

Delayed Response

"I am sorry I have not replied as I am not happy with the fit, I only wore it one night and it moved around on my head causing the air to spray into my eyes resulting infrared eyes. I am very disappointed I made the decision to choose the full head instead of the style I was using. I am still using the old one which I have repaired and am trying to work out how I can modify this new one. I will obviously necessary to come down and purchase another replacement for my old one but ask if you will refund on the second mouthpiece as I definitely will not require it and it is still in the sealed packaging. Thank you for your time,"
