Annoying and incompetent process.
"I’m so annoyed with Resmed processing of my online purchase. I called them to tell them that my purchase is missing 2x Bonus cushion as per advertise on the website at the time with 20% off, instead they want to keep on wasting more of my time. I have to go home and get the photo of what was delivered just to prove it to them that it’s Resmed incompetent. It’s like calling me a layer when you didn’t include what was missing. They should do it right the first time so I don’t have to chase them up for missing items."
